To truly tap into your athletic potential you must first tap into your strength potential. Non-sports specific training is needed no matter what kind of athlete you are. I will work with you to design custom workouts specific to your needs and wants. You will be challenged physically and mentally while gaining a true understanding of how your body moves and what it is capable of. There is also the opportunity for at-home strength circuits for you to perform on your own.

Full Body HIIT
Full body classes incorporating HIIT. High intensities followed by recoveries. Every part of the body will be wide awake!
Vitality.
Endurance focused. Continual movement where we transition between moderate to intense exercise with active recoveries.
Empower.
Power moves will be at the forefront of these workouts. Jumping, plyometrics, agility, and quick movements.
Form Focus.
Sometimes we need to slow down and focus. These workouts will focus on the form of specific moves and will challenge the mind as well as the body.
Find the Balance.
These workouts will challenge your balance, control, and core strength. Exercises are very intentional and holds and pulses will be utilized.
Power to Pulse.
Each exercise starts with power and finishes in a pulse. Here we will move through similar exercises, working the muscles in different ways.
